Jonathan Wardale (Head Chef)
Jonathan has more than 12 years experience as a chef and is best known from his career working for Fresh Element. Jonathan has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience working in some of the best venues in the North East including Malmaisson, Alnwick Treehouse, Six and many fabulous locations working in the outside catering industry including Ellingham Hall, Bamburgh Castle, Narsdale Hall, Lemmington Hall, Woodhill Hall, Guyzance Hall and many other stately homes, castles and iconic venues in the area.
Jonathan has cooked for hundreds of well known corporate clients, professional footballers and sportspeople, local actors and celebrities, aristocracy (including Prince Charles during his visit to the North East, Dukes and Duchesses) and MP’s. Jonathan has catered for thousands of guests at weddings, local events and private dinner parties.
We also have a number of great other chefs that work along side Jonathan who also have years of experience and expertise in the kitchen.
Leanne McHugh (Managing Director)
Leanne takes care of all clients from enquiry right through to after service care. Leanne will take care of all of your requirements and needs and guarantees all of our clients are looked after, helping to ensure that all jobs are handled with the upmost attention and 5* service. Leanne spends a lot of time with clients ensuring that they are 100% happy with their menu and additional services, with taster sessions and bespoke menus to cater for all of your requests.
Mark Garry (Director), Kris Grey (Director)
Both Mark and Kris, two local successful entrepreneurs have contributed both financial investment and their business accruement. Their contribution to the Love Food brand is a vital element to the current and future success of the company.
We have a fantastic waiting team that have been trained to give outstanding service. All members of LoveFood are presented well, wearing all black with the LoveFood uniform and are all very reliable, polite, professional and friendly, taking the pressure of serving, clearing and hosting away from our client where applicable. None of our staff are sourced through agencies and we dedicate time and money in finding great event/waiting staff to help complete our team.
